Sovereign Aviation Holdings (Sovereign) is an aviation services and investment company that was established to identify niche market opportunities in the aviation industry. Our mission is to acquire and manage aviation assets, including but not limited to FBO's, airfields & airports, MRO infrastructure, aircrafts and or stakes in aircrafts. Sovereign also provide advisory, and ancillary services for aviation assets including but not limited to financing. Sovereign has created a unique platform of aviation finance services and products that allow our clients to have far more than the traditional range of services that commercial banks have to offer. Our future plans include the acquisition of, or partnership with financial institutions in order to offer a full-spectrum of financing options for mid to large cabin sized corporate jets, turboprops, and helicopters.

Our Aviation Asset Management team will be an integral part of our aviation platform that provides a full range of asset management services from third-party aircraft remarketing, lease management, fuelling and technical and general consultancy services - to airlines, lessors, investors, bondholders and financial institutions. We provide turnkey solutions to our clients, or on a standalone/ bespoke basis to best suit their needs.
Our professionals possess detailed market knowledge and also have established industry relationships and reputations. Our team has extensive experience in the commercial aviation environment, having previously worked for Original Equipment Manufacturers, (aircraft and aero engine) lessors as well as operators. The team will also add value to the Bank's broader customer requirements by playing an active role in the evaluation of asset exposures being contemplated by the financing teams, and also part of transaction teams mandated to perform an advisory project.

We offer a complete range of financial advisory services including financing advice (commercial, export credit, pre-delivery funding), lease-versus-buy analysis, aircraft procurement advice, advice in relation to (and the execution of) sale-and-lease-back transactions, business plan and development strategy reviews and restructuring advice. By providing our clients with an unbiased view and opinion, we add valuable and innovative perspectives to our clients' projects or, more generally, to our clients' balance sheets.
